Nottingham Escort - Link help?

Can anyone help me out? I can't seem to post links to websites on here. I've tried playing around with various options, but it doesn't work. I'm the most un-technical bird ever! But I do have other skills! haha ;-)

Yours has somehow gone into HTML vibe.
When you are making a post, check the right hand top of the box that you are posting text in. There are 2 options up on the right- HTML and COMPOSE.
Choose Compose. That will highlight any site that you type in, just as before.

I tried that Dolly just copied and pasted it into compose and it didn't work :( What am I doing wrong?

After you type the link in, hit the space bar after, and it highlights the link.
The race for life link had a space in it,(after 'for') that's why it didn't work!

If you are cutting and pasting the link then remember to place the curser at the end of the link, and hit the space bar.
Hope that makes sense! xx

It looks like I am talking to myself! haha :) Thanks dolly, but there's no space in the blog link underneath and that still hasn't worked, and I clicked a space after I typed. Why isn't that one working?

Just checking different options. I read the Word Press Link help page at http://support.wordpress.com/links/

The syntax for posting links seems to be:

Either put the link name here or any text which will be linkable and underlined.Remove all instances of the • to make it work.

(sigh...) Lets try this again.

Replace the ( and ) with the less than and greater than symbols.

(a href="http://www.miss-b.net")Any words you want to show up as a clickable link. OR the actual link url(/a)

To copy the link you want to post in your blog, you can do two things depending where the link is.

• If you are copying a link in on another website that shows up as a link, right-click the link and choose "Copy Shortcut.." from the meanu that appears. You can then create the above syntax in your blog and highlight the http://www.miss-b.net words and use ctrl c keys to paste.

• If you are already at the web page you want to link, highlight the link characters in the address bar at the top of the website, right click, choose "Copy Shortcut...", and paste into your blog.

If you need more help, I can email you with images on how to do the above description.

Just trying to help,

Dolnor
